Industrial Ultrasonics is committed to offering its customers horns and fixtures that are built using the latest design and manufacturing technologies available. We have invested heavily in the latest design software, inspection equipment, test equipment, and machining equipment available for all aspects of the horn manufacturing process. Some of our major investments include: CAD/CAM software, digital ultrasonic tuning equipment, fiber optic amplitude measuring equipment, CNC lathe, CNC mill, and a variety of ultrasonic welders (Branson, Dukane, Herrmann, Rinco, and Sonobond).

Having personally designed and built ultrasonic tooling since 1997, I am confident that you will be more than satisfied with the tooling produced by Industrial Ultrasonics.
