Industrial Ultrasonics
designs and builds custom drive tools for use on all
brands of spin welding equipment. The drive tool spins
one half of the part during the spin weld process. This
tool engages the part via a drive tab or the geometry
of the part.
Spin welding is suitable for parts
that have a round weld joint.
Industrial Ultrasonics has the ability
to design and build tooling for new applications, replicate
or improve the tooling design of existing applications,
and refurbish existing tooling back to OEM specifications.
